Our Heritage is published 4 times a year: February, May, August, and November. The deadline for submissions is on the 20th day of the preceding month. Submissions may be submitted by email or by the post office, but they need to be received by the 20th day of the preceding publication month. It is recommended that a copy be kept of the submission due to the fact that the original will not be returned.
Remember: Photos submitted need to be of good quality, clear, and in focus. A photo taken of another photo is not acceptable. If you are submitting original photos via regular mail, we will return them if you provide an appropriately stamped, self-addressed envelope.
